A video database for your federation: all clubs, coaches and athletes in one place, with national teams, selections and competitions. Storage, users and support are set up to fit, and the price follows from that.

Prices are per coach. Every account starts on Free; upgrade whenever you need more. Athletes of a Coach Standard or Pro coach get Athlete Standard for free. Prices include VAT. Companies in other EU countries with a valid VAT number pay without VAT (reverse charge).

Questions
Coach or athlete: which plan do I need?
Coaches manage athletes, assistant coaches and teams, and need more storage for a whole group. Athletes mainly watch the videos their coach shares, and can upload their own. You choose when you sign up and can switch at any time on your account page.
Do my athletes need to pay?
No. Athletes can watch everything you share with them on the Free plan. If you're on Coach Standard or Pro, your linked athletes even get Athlete Standard for free.
What are assistant coaches?
Colleagues you add to your staff. They can view and tag all your videos, without you having to share each one. Coach Basic includes two, Standard five, and Pro as many as you need.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Paying yearly costs 10 times the monthly price: you get 2 months free.
We are a federation. What does it cost?
The Federation plan is priced on request, because federations differ so much: number of clubs, coaches and athletes, how much video, competitions, support. Contact us and we'll work out a proposal together.
What counts towards my storage?
Only the videos you upload yourself. Videos your coach, team or anyone else shares with you, or that you appear in, count for whoever uploaded them: an athlete can watch all of their coach's videos without using any storage. Automatic compression makes your videos much smaller.
How do I upgrade?
Choose a plan on your account page and pay online (Bancontact, card, iDEAL and more, via Mollie). Your plan renews automatically; you can cancel at any time.
I upgrade halfway through my period. Do I pay twice?
No. The unused part of your current plan is deducted from the price of the new plan, and the new plan starts a fresh period that day. You only pay for the days you actually used the old plan. A lower plan, or switching between monthly and yearly, starts at your next renewal.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing is deleted. You just can't add more videos, athletes, teams or assistant coaches until you make room or upgrade.
